Dynamic Specialty Fulfillment Policy

1. Refund Policy 

At Dynamic Specialty, we are committed to providing high-quality insurance products and services. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to request a refund. Our refund policy is as follows: 

  • Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are available only under specific conditions, such as policy cancellations. Beyond this period, refunds are subject to a pro-rata calculation based on the unused portion of the policy term. 

*Please be advised that flat cancellations are not allowed 

  • Fully earned Fees: Fully earned fees are not refundable. 

  • Commissions: when a policy cancels, the pro-rated commission is calculated and its due to dynamic. 

  • Financed Premium: Unearned premium from policy cancellation(s) that have been financed via 3rd party financing companies will be returned to the financing company directly. 

  • How to Request a Refund: To initiate a cancellation request, please contact us via email at support@dynamicmga.com. Please provide your policy number, effective date, insured information and reason for cancellation. 

  • Processing Time: Once a refund request is approved, return premium will be issued between 30-60 business days from the processing date. Under special circumstances, refunds can be processed and issued between 7-10 business days. 

2. Delivery Policy 

Dynamic Specialty specializes in providing fast and economical insurance policies, as such we strive to provide Proof of Insurance as soon as processed by ourselves or our carriers. It is the Retail Agency’s responsibility to provide certificates of insurance to its insured customer. 

3. Return Policy 

Since Dynamic Specialty offers insurance products, returns are not applicable. However, policyholders may request to cancel their insurance as per the terms outlined in their Policy guidelines and/or Refund Policy section above. 

4. Cancellation Policy 

We understand that you may need to cancel your insurance policy. Our cancellation policy is as follows: 

  • Cancellation Period: Policies can be canceled by contacting our customer service team. 

  • Procedure for Cancellation: To cancel your policy, please provide written cancellation notice via email. Be prepared to provide your policy number and reason for cancellation. 

  • Fees: A cancellation fee may apply depending on the timing and circumstances of the cancellation. Details of any applicable fees will be communicated during the cancellation process.
